INDUS TECH CONNECT is a national technology platform connecting students, IT professionals, freelancers, IT companies, academia, and international companies and individuals. It brings verified profiles, training, certifications, mentorship, jobs, projects, career tools, and networking into one system.

INDUS TECH CONNECT is designed for five main stakeholder groups: students, IT professionals and freelancers, IT companies, academia, and international companies or individuals. Government and policy users may access internal analytics according to their assigned roles.

Yes, registration on INDUS TECH CONNECT is completely free for all stakeholders.

Users can register through Google, LinkedIn, a PSEB account, NADRA Pak ID, or manual registration. Users who do not register through Pak ID will be asked to verify their identity after entering the portal.

INDUS TECH CONNECT uses profile information such as qualifications, skills, certifications, experience, and career interests to match users with relevant jobs, training, and other opportunities.

Verification helps create trusted profiles, reduces false information, and gives employers and opportunity providers more reliable information about applicants.
Yes, Apps are available on Google Play Store & iOS APP Store to download for free.

INDUS TECH CONNECT is designed to include a password recovery system, account recovery questions, and email or SMS-based authentication.

How does identity verification work?

Individuals verify their identity through NADRA Pak ID. Once verified, their CNIC information and relevant available records can be attached to their INDUS TECH CONNECT profile.

A profile may include education, qualifications, skills, certifications, experience, internships, programme participation, CVs, portfolios, and other relevant records.
Yes. Users can choose whether their verified profile is publicly visible or private.
Yes. A private profile can still be used internally for matching jobs, training, projects, and mentorship without being publicly discoverable.

INDUS TECH CONNECT includes virtual training, physical training, jobs, projects, IT research resources, and mentorship opportunities.

INDUS TECH CONNECT is intended to include a ticketing or support-chat function through which users can log issues and service requests.

Yes, You can delete your account in settings area of your profile. All data related to your profile will be removed.

Who can register as a student?

Students who are currently enrolled can register and create a university or HEC-linked profile on INDUS TECH CONNECT.

Yes. Students can register while enrolled and begin building their verified profile before entering the workforce.
Universities can onboard students individually or in bulk and can view their verification records and development progress through the academia dashboard.
Where relevant integrated records are available, education, certificates, internships, and programme participation may be attached after identity verification.
Students can access training, mentorship, mock assessments, AI-powered mock interviews, jobs, projects, research resources, and career-direction tools.
Yes. Students can apply for jobs and projects posted by domestic companies, international organisations or individuals, and academia.
Yes. The career-direction feature analyses the user’s profile and recommends learning resources, skills, and career roadmaps relevant to a target role.
Courses completed through the INDUS learning system generate a digital certificate that is attached to the user’s profile.
How does mentorship work?

PSEB can host mentorship sessions through INDUS TECH CONNECT. Sessions may be limited to registered users or opened to a wider audience.

Yes. After applying for a job, users can take an AI-generated assessment to compare their current skills with the requirements of that role.

Yes. INDUS TECH CONNECT includes an AI-powered mock-interview simulation that helps candidates prepare for real interview situations.

A student can transition into an IT Professional profile and continue using the same ecosystem for jobs, projects, training, and mentorship.

International companies can access Pakistani talent through INDUS TECH CONNECT. Public visibility will depend on the privacy setting selected by the user.

INDUS TECH CONNECT is designed to show relevant jobs, internships, and training opportunities on the user dashboard and send notifications about new activity.

To enroll as a student, you must be doing bachelors in HEC Approved University in an IT program.

For IT Professionals & Freelancers

Who can register as an IT professional on INDUS TECH CONNECT?

Graduates, working technology professionals, freelancers and independently registered IT practitioners can create an IT Professional profile on INDUS TECH CONNECT.

Yes. Freelancers are included within the IT Professionals stakeholder category and can showcase their skills, qualifications, experience, certifications and completed work.

Identity is verified through Pak ID. Qualifications, certifications and experience may also be cross-checked through integrated government records, institutions, previous employers, peers and other relevant sources.

INDUS TECH CONNECT is designed to let users upload CVs, cover letters, portfolios and other professional documents. Users can also control which documents are public or shared with employers.

INDUS TECH CONNECT is designed to include a professional CV builder supporting recognised international resume formats and overseas job applications.

Can I find local and international IT jobs on INDUS TECH CONNECT?

Yes. IT professionals can explore and apply for jobs and projects posted by Pakistani companies, international companies or individuals, and academic institutions.

The career-direction tool analyses a user’s profile and recommends skills, learning resources and career roadmaps relevant to the role the user wants to pursue.

INDUS TECH CONNECT is designed to show job applications, employer responses, shortlisting updates and related activity through the user dashboard and notifications.

There are no fees associated with registrations or applications.

Pakistani IT companies and other registered organisations serving the technology sector can join INDUS TECH CONNECT. Some programmes or benefits may be limited to companies registered with PSEB.

Yes. Registered companies can post jobs, projects and other opportunities. INDUS TECH CONNECT is also designed to allow employers to add, update or remove job descriptions and related information.

Yes. Companies can search for students and professionals with verified qualifications, skills, certifications and experience. AI-assisted search is designed to help identify candidates relevant to a role.

INDUS TECH CONNECT connects employers with verified profiles and is designed to support candidate search, matching, shortlisting, communication, interviews and completion of the hiring process.

Companies can post virtual and physical training opportunities. INDUS TECH CONNECT is also designed to integrate PSEB internship and apprenticeship programmes.

Can companies view verified candidate credentials?
Yes. Verified education, qualifications, certifications and professional experience may appear on candidate profiles, subject to the user’s privacy and document-sharing settings.

INDUS TECH CONNECT is designed to support applicant review, shortlisting, interview communication and employer-candidate messaging through the platform.

INDUS TECH CONNECT is designed to provide employers with analytics related to posted jobs, applicants and hiring activity.

Company can be verified by providing NTN, CUIN if its SECP registered.

This platform is free to use for job posting and other operations by all stakeholders.

Universities can onboard students, view verification records, track student and alumni outcomes, understand industry skills demand and post jobs, projects and training opportunities.
Yes. Institutions can onboard students through manual entry or bulk upload using an Excel file.
No. Academic institutions can view verified records linked to their students but cannot edit the verified information.

Yes. INDUS TECH CONNECT allows academia to track student development, graduate outcomes, alumni activity and changing industry requirements.

Verification creates more reliable professional profiles, helps reduce false information and gives employers better information when reviewing candidates for jobs and projects.
Verified information cannot be freely edited by the user. This helps protect the reliability of qualifications, identity records and other verified profile information.

Profile visibility depends on the privacy setting selected by the user. INDUS TECH CONNECT is also designed to let users decide which documents employers can view or receive.

INDUS TECH CONNECT is designed to support two-step authentication through email and SMS, along with Single Sign-On for supported PSEB accounts.

How does INDUS TECH CONNECT protect uploaded documents and user data?
The RFP requires secure authentication, access controls, SSL or TLS encryption, activity logging, firewalls and protection against common web-security threats.

INDUS TECH CONNECT is designed to include password recovery and account-recovery functions using registered authentication information.

A user can create ticket in their dashboard and support team will get it checked.
